Kristi is an associate in the litigation department. Prior to joining BBE, Kristi worked in the Office of Staff Counsel for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and clerked for the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Kristi graduated magna cum laude from William & Mary Law School, where she served as a member of the William & Mary Law Review. Kristi received a B.A. in English and Geology, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University.
