Heather is a transactional attorney at Berman, Boyle & Engel LLC. She represents clients nationwide in a broad range of commercial real estate and corporate matters, which include assisting clients with acquisitions, dispositions, entity-level investments and joint ventures in connection with a large variety of asset types such as multifamily projects, office buildings, etc.

Prior to joining Berman, Boyle & Engel LLC, Heather was an associate at a large international law firm. Heather received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School with Honors and served as an associate editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
