David is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Healthcare Groups, based in the New York office. His commercial real estate practice focuses on acquisitions and sales of office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties nationwide, as well as real estate and acquisition financing, construction financing, workouts, joint ventures, preferred equity investments, and office and retail leasing.

David also represents owners and operators of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in acquisitions, AR and other healthcare financings, leasing, and dispositions nationwide. His healthcare work includes transactions involving complex ownership and financing structures.

David works closely with clients to develop an understanding of their structuring and dealmaking needs and applies that understanding to each transaction. He takes a practical approach to structuring and documenting transactions, tailored to the particular requirements of each client and deal.
