Mollie is an associate in BBE’s litigation department.

Prior to joining the firm, Mollie practiced at a litigation boutique in Washington, DC, where she litigated complex federal civil cases against the United States involving constitutional claims, contract disputes, administrative law, and environmental statutes. Her experience includes drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing for trial, and developing case strategy.

Mollie earned her J.D. from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, where she served as Submissions Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics, and Policy. She received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Iowa.
