Meyer is a transactional attorney that practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate and assists clients in structuring, negotiating and executing complex commercial real estate transactions.  Meyer advises owners investors, and developers in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, 1031 structuring and other matters related to commercial real estate.  His experience includes transactions involving multi-family, office buildings, mixed use projects, and industrial properties. 

Meyer spent the first seven years of his legal career working in two large international law firms, then serving as associate general counsel of a New York based real estate fund.  Meyer then founded his own practice to prioritize the highest level of customer service focusing on the individual needs and zealous representation of each client.
