Chey Goodman is an associate at Berman, Boyle & Engel LLC, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining BBE, Chey worked for a leading bankruptcy firm where she represented debtors, court-appointed trustees, and future claimants’ representatives in complex restructuring transactions, mass tort bankruptcies, and bankruptcy litigation.
Chey sharpened her analytical and legal writing skills while externing for the Honorable Christopher J. Burke in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, where she worked primarily on Markman and Daubert disputes.
Chey earned her J.D. from Drexel University School of Law, which she attended on a full academic scholarship after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Legal Studies.
