McKenna Rackleff, Associate
McKenna Rackleff is an associate in BBE’s litigation department.
Prior to joining the firm, McKenna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Candy W. Dale of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho, where she worked on a broad range of federal matters and developed strong skills in legal research, writing, and judicial analysis.
McKenna also served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, where she litigated complex federal civil cases involving constitutional, statutory, and administrative law issues. She represented the United States in high-stakes matters, drafted dispositive motions, and developed case strategy.
McKenna earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was selected for the Public Law and Policy Fellowship and a fellowship with the Oregon Law Commission. She received her undergraduate degree, with Honors, from Boise State University.
